Identity for Ísol, a family-owned industrial supplier that has served Icelandic industry since 1959, specializing in high-quality tools, fasteners, and chemical products.

According to our research the Ísól logo was originally designed by Bryndís Jakobsdóttir around 1962. It remained untouched for decades so preserving its legacy and character was essential. During our research, we identified two versions of the original logo—one with an outlined shadow and one without. We’ve carried this forward by creating two updated versions, each suited for different contexts.
